Hi, I’m Alison, I love music, dancing, reading, cherries and ice cream, and watching sunsets over the horizon. I am searching for the perfect life but am by no means perfect, how does that even make sense? don’t ask me. nothing’s perfect. In fact, my orthodontics demonstrator would argue that’s what makes something so perfect – the flaw. The sheer contrast against the background of perfection brings the eye of the beholder to realise its true beauty. I like to believe that.

Recently, I have also employed a new motto to live by, “take your destiny at the helm”. I think it’s easier said than done. It’s too easy to blame a shitty turn of events on fate, but I’m sure as tempting as that is, we live the choices we’ve made. Fate merely brings people together. What happens from there is entirely up to you.

Now, all that’s very serious but what can I say, I did just finish watching a season and a half’s worth of Gossip Girl, and if you had watched it, you’d realise that scandalous rumours and boyfriend trust issues are very serious business. The aftermath of such mindblowing events complete in channel and louboutin’s just had a very profound impact on my psychology – I cannot stop thinking about those dresses. Honest to God, they are some of the most beautiful. To wear them and feel the fabric brush against my body would be to dip myself in heaven.

but you know what else is heavenly? bed. and i love nothing more than sleep right now haha my penchant for late nights will take it’s toll on me someday. but that’s the best thing abut youth, you don’t really have to worry about that till the time comes. So i will go to bed tonight, and dream sweet dreams of life, friends and a beautiful future.
